Whitsand Bay Fort
This shoot was taken at Whitsand bay fort which has been buried for over 70 years and was recently open to the public. knowing this was a perfect opportunity to go and take some images, I started by walking around the outside of the fort taking images of the landscape and surrounding area before entering the maze of tunnels and rooms below. i feel that the most interesting thing were the decaying fuse boxes that had been left to rust and rot mainly because the colour of the rust was so vibrate which in turn leads it to brightening up the whole photo. i believe the the strongest images from this shoot were to close ups as i was able to focus on just the one thing giving it the sharpness it need. If i was to do this shoot again i think i would improve upon my macros, maybe use a macro lens to aid in creating the image, also i'd take move time to capture my images as i was impatient and wanted to explore the tunnels instead of allowing for the slow shutter speed due to low light.
